The Palms Town and Country Club, Gurugram organises a two-day Gujarati food pop-up which was curated by Chef Poonam Dedhia of Mumbai, Maharashtra. She belongs to a hard-core Gujarati family based in Mumbai for a long time. At this tender age she understood her responsibilities and entered enthusiastically in the giant hospitality industry and manages to complete all her pop-ups and food festivals successfully in top notch hotels and resorts of India, one of a kind is The Palms Town and Country Club, Gurugram. She is the sole person in her family to look after her ailing father that too very strongly without complaining.

She has travelled all through Mumbai and came here to Gurugram an NCR city of Delhi for the pop-up where Executive Chef Amol Shambharkar of The Palms Town and Country Club, Gurugram and his team has organised a dandiya party along with it. Chef Amol was really kind to acknowledge the team of REFT Today and me to come and dine in with them, as well as to cover the entire event.

Since for a long time I was waiting for this day when I shall meet Chef Poonam Dedhia to taste the authentic flavours of Gujarat from a Gujarati Chef herself? So, the team of REFT Today buckled up the shoes and went to do the food tasting at the pop-up. Today Gujarati cuisines are available in almost all the parts of India but believe me you would have never tasted this flavour ever before. Last but not the least I would like to thank Chef Poonam Dedhia, Executive Chef Amol Shambharkar and team for the lip smacking dinner at such a beautiful venue named The Palms Town and Country Club, Gurugram.
