Before I begin to pen down about the new menu launch of Chao Bella, I would like to thank the General Manager Mr. Sharad K Upadhyay and Ms. Shawali Gupta, Assistant Marketing Manager of Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida for inviting team REFT Today to almost every event. I wish we work together in the same way further and our collaboration may become stronger in days and turns into years. I would like to thank Chef Bhaskar, Floor Manager Mr. Manish Rawat and Chinese cuisine chef, Chef Bibek from the bottom of my heart who has taken care of us so well, that for a moment we felt like home. Now, let’s move towards the menu launch of Chao Bella. Well, this is a perfect Pan Asian restaurant which caters inside Crowne Plaza, Greater Noida and is it’s part as well. Recently they have introduced their new menu in the category of Chinese and Italian food. After this news, it has created buzz in the city and has lifted up the fusion dining in Greater Noida with its all-new Chinese-Italian menu.

Well, I must say that I have personally tasted most of the newly introduced Chinese-Italian cuisines of Chao Bella and believe me I could feel the freshness of the ingredients and the taste was at it’s helm. So, pepare your palate for an unforgettable journey as Chao Bella, the signature Chinese and Italian specialty restaurant at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has unveil a bold and exciting new menu. From the Chinese kitchen, dishes like the Orange Soy Glazed Scallop, Prawns Har Gao topped with salmon, eggs and Gochujang Tofu Donburi offer bold, modern twists on Asian classics. The Cantonese Steamed Sea Bass brings authentic, delicate flavour with ginger, soy and scallion. On the Italian side, diners can savour a hearty Lamb Pappardelle with lamb and porcini mushroom sauce, rich Duck Leg Confit with parmesan mash and a comforting Risotto di Butternut Squash with smoked chicken. For dessert, the indulgent Torta Caprese—a flourless chocolate and almond cake—adds a sweet finale.
