SURESH GYAN VIHAR UNIVERSITY JAIPUR IS ALL SET TO GRAB RECORDS OF PREPARING THE LONGEST AND HEAVIEST SHAHI TUKDA: A REFT TODAY REPORT.
Friday, April, 28, 2023 is going to be one of the challenging days for the students and staffs of Suresh Gyaan Vihar University in Jaipur. They’ve taken a challenge to prepare the longest and heaviest shahi tukda in Jaipur city. All thanks to Chef Neeraj Verma who told REFT Today about the event and Chef Kuldeep Singh who briefed it. The principal of hotel management department Mr. Manish Shrivastava is a person behind enlightening students’ careers as well as their will power by giving them delicious tasks. Every year there will be some or the other task, so that they may mark their work in India Book of records and Limca book of records for future as well.
Principal Mr. Manish Shrivastava further told that with the support and belief in the students of the honourable Chairman of the college Mr. Sunil Sharma, Chief mentor Mr. Sudhanshu along with the Director Mr. Kanishk Sharma made them come closer to achieve the prestigious awards. Principal Mr. Manish Shrivastava added that, with due permission of the honourable Chancellor Mr. A. K. Haldar, honourable Vice-Chancellor Mrs. Ritu Gilhotra and Registrar Mr. Madhusoodan Sharma, this event is taking place.
Speaking with other senior chefs of the department, Chef Umang Bhardwaj, Chef Kuldeep Singh Gaur and Chef Neeraj Verma, came to know that the event of making the largest and heaviest shahi tukda was being done since last year. All related information was continuously gathered, such as it’s origin, it’s nutritional values and many more. Principal Mr. Manish Shrivastava said that such events will be done every year from now onwards to see the students at great heights in future.
