Udaipur, the City of Lakes, is set to witness a magnificent celebration of India’s culinary legacy as the Royal Rajasthan Chefs Society proudly presents the eighth season of “My State My Plate”. With the gracious support of His Highness Shri Ji Huzoor Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, this year’s theme, “Kahin Gum Na Ho Jaaye”, becomes a heartfelt reminder to safeguard our timeless food traditions before they fade into oblivion. Speaking about the occasion, Chef Vimal Dhar, President of the Society, emphasized that the 2025 edition is a tribute to late Mrs. Babita Saxena, founder of Let’s Give Back. Her vision was rooted in the belief that India’s diverse culinary treasures must not only be preserved but also lovingly passed on to the generations to come.
