REFT TIMES GOES GLOBAL WITH THE CHEF OF MOROCCO
Sometimes, we never know when our duty becomes our passion and it explores in front of the whole world like a magical pallet. Here, we are talking about a young and highly dynamic chef Adnan Akram of Al Hociema, Morocco. He works with a FIVE STAR RESTAURANT OF Doha-Qatar.
Yes, I'm simply talking about the all time favorite Salad Boutique Restaurant. Sheikh Nasir, who is a Qatari (resident of Qatar) is the owner of this beautiful place. First time in the history of REFT TIMES, it went global and took it's first international interview of a chef representing his culinary skills.
Adnan Akram the origin of Morocco who is now based in Doha, is the Head Chef at Salad Boutique's kitchen. Before being to Doha, he has been to Turkey and further before he went to Spain as a chef in some restaurants. He even received calls from Dubai and Nigeria but, chosen Qatar as his new work place.
He is known for his extraordinary salad dressing skills. Apart from this, he is also known for his comic role played with his co-staff. He very well knows how to handle the entire situation while the increase of the guest counts. Neither him, nor others get panic at any level of work pressure.
Well, as he is known for his salad dressing, let's speak a bit about him. He has made umpteenth number of salads, such as, Chicken wrapped with spinach; Chicken lever basket with mashed eggplant; roasted beef with domi glass sauce, etc....
