Friday, 24/July/2026: During a recent visit to NISABA at the picturesque Sundar Nursery in New Delhi, REFT Today had hoped to meet and interview Srimaan Amit Khanna Ji, the co-owner of the acclaimed restaurant. Unfortunately, due to his professional commitments, the meeting could not take place as planned. While an exclusive face-to-face conversation was not possible on this occasion, REFT Today looks forward to bringing viewers an in-depth video interview with Sri Amit Khanna soon on its official YouTube channel. Although the interaction was deferred, his inspiring journey and vision behind NISABA offer a compelling narrative of passion, entrepreneurship and the pursuit of excellence in hospitality.

Mr. Amit Khanna is widely recognised in the financial world as the founder of the Amaya Growth Fund, a long-only public equities fund dedicated to identifying exceptional Indian businesses and creating sustainable long-term value. Beyond finance, however, his interests have always extended to art and gastronomy. His fascination with the hospitality industry began nearly 15 years ago after experiencing the culinary brilliance of celebrated Chef Manish Mehrotra.
