The most kind hearted entrepreneur/restaurateur Mrs. Jyoti Tondon of Tondon hospitality when invited me to cover the story of her dream venture Australia’s, The Chocolate Room in Zirakpur, then she told me many a thing about her cafe’s servings. Not just this, her staff members were equally hospitable and were answering to all my questions that too, very happily and enthusiastically. Dr. Chef Izzat Husain was one of the major backbones behind their marketing, though he is a celebrity chef, but his lifetime experience has helped entire team of TCR to come up with this issue as well. Head Chef Brijendar Singh took me to a tour of the cafe and told about rest of the products in detail.

Australia’s, The Chocolate Room in Zirakpur gives 50% off on all it’s bakery products, every Wednesday. Believe me, they all are really fresh items to buy and eat. Also, they will raise the prestige of your kitchen and dinning area. I saw other items as well, such as coated nuts chocolates, different varieties of in-house chocolates like, dark chocolate, brown chocolate, white chocolate etc. Cakes of umpteenth flavours were seen at the cold counters.
