Maestro Chef, Chef Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman is showering his magical flavours and winning the hearts of the gourmet diners. He is a person who loves to keep himself a bit low profile but his aroma spreads all over the world. Once you will find him here and at the blink of an eye to some other city or might be to another country. From a simple food festival to the royal weddings, Chef Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman has catered several cuisines. From India to other parts of Asia, to Europian continents he has been invited to show his magic in the food. Believe me India has a gem who believes in simplicity.

As soon as I entered into the majestic and grand property of Crown Plaza, Greater Noida, for a moment I felt like I came into the world of fairy tales. The grand entrance, the hearty welcome, the beautifully aligned showpieces, etc. as in they have worked deeply upon the detailing of the interiors and the exteriors with immense love. Anyone can fall in love with it and will pay their visit again and again. For those who search for good places for their stay, I think so this is the best stop for them as well. Let’s come back to the food festival once again where the culinary journey travels through time and is featuring the lost recipes from the most majestic kitchens of royal India. Day by day people are forgetting the authentic flavours and merging into the fusion food world very fast. Keeping this in mind, Chef Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman along with the Executive Chef Rajiv Vatsyayan and MasterChef for Indian cuisines Chef Hardev Singh Saini of Crown Plaza, Greater Noida came up with an idea of putting up a food festival with a difference.

The guests will be delighted in the delicacies that are inspired by the royal families of the Dogras of Kashmir, the Nizams of Hyderabad, the Mewars of Rajasthan and the regal kitchens of Travancore. The Indian culinary history is a treasure trove of recipes that used to grace the tables of the majestic palaces but have faded from the modern menus. People no longer ask for those cuisines which were once the main picks, to revive the same today this very food festival has been brought up to all. I would like to thank Ms. Shawali Gupta and the entire team of Crown Plaza Greater Noida for inviting REFT Today for food tasting and dining. The food was outstanding and three types of bread have stolen my heart, one was khasta roti, another one was sheermaal and last one was Lahori Naan which literally drooled me to another world of gastronomic happiness. Their vegetarian meals were also from the royal basket, amongst many, one dragged my attention was karele aur kishmish ka bharta. That was lovely! So, what are you looking for? Book your tables right now.
Crown Plaza Greater Noida welcomes all the guests for a 10-day ongoing food festival.
