A CULINARY GIANT CHEF VIKRAM BHANDARI’S TRIUMPHS FROM MUMBAI, INDIA TO TRAVELLING THE WORLD, LETS READ A HEALTHY ARTICLE BY: REFT Today.

Chef Vikram Bhandari a Mumbai based Indian chef who is well known for his entrepreneurial mindset, has been the face for transforming several Bollywood celebrities’ healthy diet when he used to stay in India. His life was going on well in the city of dreams, Mumbai when the massive covid hit the nation and the world. Like several others his life also took an unnecessary turn and left him almost nowhere. Chef Vikram Bhandari who was then running a cloud kitchen with a few of his co-owners came to an end at one go. Those cloud kitchens were based in the most posh locations like BKC Bandra, etc.

As everyone knows that this disastrous COVID-19 left people empty handed like Chef Vikram Bhandari but, the best part with him was that he never gave up. He stood up, buckled his shoes and hunted another work for himself. After that once again he started living a happy and prosperous life. Chef Vikram always encourages the young chefs to work harder as success takes time. People don’t know that Chef Vikram who has gained immense love and respect from this culinary industry began his career as an Indian tandoor chef and spread magic from fire and flavours.

Executive Chef Vikram Bhandari’s triumph started in the year 1997 when he joined Uttam Punjab Restaurant in Mumbai as a Tandoor Assistant Cook. With a natural flair for flavour and an insatiable hunger to learn things, even the nature couldn’t stop him. Sooner, he was invited for an iconic television food show to master Italian cuisines at IL Forno in Kuwait and Mediterranean fare at Capri Court in Oman. His early years were a masterclass in versatility. Whether it was crafting pizzas in Kuwait, curating Mediterranean menus in Muscat or leading multicultural teams in Dubai’s Marriott Harbour Hotel, Vikram’s adaptability and precision became his signature ingredients. Vikram’s passport reads like a gourmet’s dream itinerary: India, Kuwait, Oman, UAE and Jamaica. Each destination added a new layer to his culinary identity.

In Jamaica, he worked as Head Chef for Nirvanna Restaurant Group, he helmed three outlets and banqueting operations, blending Caribbean zest with Indian soul. His menus weren’t just meals—they were cultural dialogues on a plate. Later, he came back to India before covid-19 hit the country and opened up a cloud kitchen named: Hello Green Healthy Delivery as an Executive Chef, pioneering health-conscious menus long before they became a trend.
