CHEF MUHAMMAD SALAUDDIN AND TEAM SERVES THE BEST NALLI NAHARI AT RAAG BY MISS NORA IN RAJOURI GARDEN; A Report By: Khatibah Rehmat.

While I went for the media coverage of the newly opened Miss Nora in RCube Monad Mall, Noida there only, Chef Raminder Bakshi asked me if I could do another media coverage of their restaurant-RAAG by Miss Nora in Rajauri Garden, New Delhi? Of course, my answer was a two times ‘YES’! He not only invited our team but also immediately introduced me with the national business head Mr. Anoop Singh, who takes care of all the RCube Monad Malls and their restaurants. A kind gentleman who lined up everything within a spam of 15-20 minutes without wasting a single moment. Then chef Bakshi told me that their Corporate Chef Shobha Ram Oli will also be there to brief us about RAAG and the kind of food they serve. 

Chef Muhammad Salauddin and team has served the most authentic Indian cuisines of RAAG by Miss Nora on our table.

Later, our Sunday evening went beautifully well. Mr. Anoop Singh, Chef Shobha Ram Oli and a few team members personally welcomed us, which we really appreciated and liked from the bottom of our hearts. There we met Chef Muhammad Salauddin who was heading their Indian cuisines. He took me to their kitchen on live streaming and believe me I didn’t expect such a clean kitchen. I showed my viewers how fine it will be to dine in here where, there is no point of dirtyness, filth or mess. The entire team was so well organised that they were serving the regular guests and were answering us as well. Things went so smooth that I really appreciated and liked. People must pay the visit over there at RAAG by Miss Nora to have the best of Indian cuisines in West Delhi.

This Nalli Nahari is a must to eat cuisine in entire West Delhi.

Let’s speak about the cuisines which were served to us, by Chef Mohammad Salauddin and team. There were three types of tikkas, which was so tender to eat that it lasted long into the mouth. Then came the galawati kababs which melted so well that my mind was drooled into some aromatic world. Then they served the Rajasthani Laal Maas, which was one of their signature dishes. Last but not the least their Mutton Nalli Nahari came to our table. Believe me, from the presentation to its taste, it was so aromatic and tasty that I was once again lost into the blended spices which was proportionally complimenting each other. This place is especially for those who are staying in West Delhi and is tough for them to visit Old Delhi’s delicacies in Jama Masjid. So, don’t wait for long just book your tables right now at RAAG by Miss Nora in Rajauri Garden, New Delhi.
