CHEF SWEETY BALUJA HEADS THE PUNJABI FOOD FESTIVAL AT PRANKSTER, CHANDIGARH UNTIL MAY 30, 2022: REFT Today Correspondent.

REFT Today always tries it’s best to bring wonderful food stories to you. Our team comes up with something new everytime so that our readers and viewers shall stay connected all the time. Well, talking about the ongoing Punjabi food festival at Prankster, Chandigarh. They have called Chef Sweety Baluja all through from Gurugram (Gurgaon) to Chandigarh, just to mark this festival a successful one amongst the people of Punjab. He told about slow cooking methods, that too using copper, terracotta or brass utensils. Instead he didn’t support for fashionable non-stick cookwares. Whatever Chef Sweety said in the interview was under consideration of people’s good health. These type of knowledge can only be extracted by those who has gained immense knowledge in the past.

His seniority could easily be sensed from each and every word he has spoken throughout the show. Chef Sweety Baluja was a deep well of knowledge and experience. It was a pleasure for entire team of REFT Today that he spared his precious time to us. So, what are you people waiting for? The Punjabi Food Festival is still on until Monday, May, 30, 2022. This is the high time to taste the food cooked by Chef Sweety Baluja. Chef Kunwar Marwaha, Prerna and several other staff members who were there were really hospitable at Prankster, Chandigarh.

Let us now know a bit about those two minds who came up with two fabulous ideas of Prankster which established in December, 2019 and another one as Pirates of Grill. They are none but two restauranteur brothers named Jasmeet Singh Banga and Inderjeet Singh Banga. One side where Prankster is a fine dining then, on the other hand Pirates of Grill is an exciting new concept in fine bar-be-que dining. It brought the concept of live grills on the table.

The restaurant is famed for its buffet style eating; vibrant interiors, spacious ambience, comfortable seating, delectable food and superlative service which makes it is a must to go place for any age group.
