MRS. RICHA MALHAN’S MISS NORA, A PAN ASIAN RESTAURANT COMES UP IN THE RCUBE MONAD MALL, NOIDA. A REPORT BY: KHATIBAH REHMAT.

It started when the Senior consultant Chef, Chef Raminder Bakshi has sent a friendly invitation to the team of REFT Today and me for the media coverage of the Pan Asian restaurant Miss Nora’s second branch in Noida’s RCube Monad Mall on Friday, February 7th. 2025. Actually, Mrs. Richa Malhan the owner of the RCube Monad Mall in Noida sector 43 and the owner of Miss Nora, a Pan Asian Restaurant has opened up her second chain of Miss Nora in her own Mall. The first branch was opened around five years back in Rajauri Garden’s RCube Monad Mall, New Delhi which was also loved by the gourmets of Delhi. So, decided to extend her hands towards the NCR region of Noida in Uttar Pradesh. The decor was done so well, as in she has put her whole heart into it. Flowers, lights and lively furniture were speaking about its own existence. Being that a launch eve, the guest counts were quite much which is not that easy to handle.

But still I saw the serving staffs were very quick and sincere to look at each and every table specially, I stopped a young man named Rohit Bora who handled maximum guests in two hours, until I was dinning there. Not just this, Chef Raminder Bakshi ji himself stood at the kitchen window and was passing the food to the guests. All the staff members including their business head Mr. Anoop Singh, Corporate Chef Sobha Ram and almost all the serving and backend staff members were busy with guests. I didn’t see a single gesture of complaint on anyone’s face or body language. The kitchen was perfectly supervised by the Head Chef Sobha and team. This was the first time I witnessed such a good team work amongst the staff members of any restaurant. The best of best thing I saw there was that, Mrs. Richa Malhan, who owns such big brands, restaurants, malls, etc. is so down to earth that looking at all her staff members she herself stood up and began to help in serving the guests.

Lastly, I would like to speak about the food for which we went over there. Beginning from the crispy asparagus Sushi to the crunchy exotic vegetable Dim Sims with yellow gravy, to the crispy fried Prawns, everything was so fresh and tasted too delicious. Let’s talk a bit about their non-vegetarian food which I tried a few, for instance their chicken dim Sims with their beetroot based crust, crispy chicken Bao, chicken Sushi and more. All tasted out of this world! For personal experience you have to pay your visit over there as, I can’t express everything in one single write-up of mine. The best part is that, Miss Nora in RCube Monad Mall, Noida is situated in Sector 43, which is located just a few kilometres away from Sector 18, Noida. So, what are you waiting for?
