FIRST TIME EVER IN TRI-CITY AN NRI GIRL TANVI BALSOTRA COMES UP WITH WOOD FIRE NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA: REFT TODAY REPORTS.

Tanvi Balsotra is a Canada based Indian who has her roots in Panchkula, a tri-city of Chandigarh-The city beautiful. She has come up with wood fire Neapolitan style thin crust and normal crust pizza cafe. This is one of it’s kinds, as it’s the first place who serves these type of pizzas. They have many other things in their menu such as authentic style pastas, chicken wings, innumerous numbers of pizzas and many more. Their round shaped menu card is equally a centre of attraction for the guest counts. For vegetarian lovers their Harvi’s style Farmhouse Pizza is one of it’s kinds, which is a must to order for an amazing dinning experience. The ambiance of Harvi’s Pizza cafe is very eye soothing whereas, the way they have used the rolling pin for decorations has made it really different from regular stereotypes styles and interiors.

Speaking with REFT Today reporter, Mrs. Tanvi Balsotra said that once she went to Italy to attend one of her relatives wedding, there she tasted several pizzas and pastas and then something came into her mind that if she brings the same to her hometown then it would be a different experience here. Under the supervision of local chef, Chef Sheikh Salim she made her dream of coming up with a Pizza cafe came true. He guided each and everything to her and hired the kitchen staffs in a way that they may manage things accordingly. All in all Mrs. Tanvi Balsotra did everything in an organised way and today she has opened up with her dream pizza cafe with the name: Harvi’s Pizza at, SCF-12, Sector 15, Panchkula. Last but not the least I would like to say that, if you are a die heart fan of wood fire pizza then don’t wait for long, go and visit right away.
