The event was led by Executive Chef Amol Sambharkar, whose gracious hospitality and culinary leadership once again stood out. Held at the beautifully set poolside area, the cake-mixing ceremony was a smooth and well-coordinated affair. Club members, selected media professionals and the Palm Town and Country Club team gathered to take part in the symbolic mixing of dry fruits, nuts and spirits, setting the tone for Christmas festivities ahead. The elegant outdoor setting enhanced the overall experience, creating a visually appealing and cheerful ambience that resonated with the spirit of togetherness and celebration.

Following the ceremony, guests were invited to the dining area, where an elaborate spread of global cuisines awaited. The menu featured flavours from Italy, Mexico and other parts of the world, showcasing the culinary depth of the club’s kitchen. Among the many impressive dishes, the smoked chicken Aglio e Olio pasta emerged as a clear favourite. Recommended personally by Chef Amol Sambharkar, the dish stood out for its perfectly balanced smokiness, tender chicken and beautifully cooked spaghetti, earning full appreciation and high praise.
