RISING CHEF HRIDYESHA: One afternoon, I was really hungry and wanted to eat something interesting. When I opened the refrigerator, I found some boiled potatoes, mayonnaise and some sprinklers. That day, my creative mind and a hungry stomach got me into making my first ever dish: Aaloo Monaco Sandwich.

I showed it to my parents and got praised by them. My father decided to post it on social media. I was praised by my friends, family members, my school principal Mrs. Sunita Nagpal and my class coordinator Ms. Kamika Bansal.

All these appreciations has encouraged me to try more recipes. Along with helping my parents at home chores like washing vegetables, fruits and setting the dining table. So far I have tried a lot of recipes such as Som Tam Thai, Carrot Mango Cheesecake, Russian Sandwich, Kit-kat Gems Cake and many more.

RISING CHEF HRIDYESHA: No, my father has never imposed anything on me instead, I find interesting myself. He loves cooking for me and is the one I look upon and hence, I do try to copy him sometimes. I love how he delivers with confidence and that is all I wish to learn from him. Rest I love to follow my heart.

RISING CHEF HRIDYESHA: Whether it comes to cooking or any other passion of mine, I have always kept my studies as my priority. A timetable lets me manage my time efficiently. I try to stick to it as strictly as possible.
